NO REFERENCE. inicia su trayectoria musical en marzo del 2010, cuando Jaime y Sebas (actuales guitarrista y baterista de (SÏLK) deciden formar una nueva banda aprovechando sus raíces musicales más cercanas al metal y el hard rock. Pronto se une Xesca como vocalista, aportando un matiz melódico sobre lineas instrumentales contundentes. Finalmente, Xavi como bajista (actual bajista y cantante de (ESTYGYA) acaba de definir la formación.
Luego de un año de trabajo Xesca deja la banda y en su sustitución conocemos a Maddie Garre que es la actual cantante.
Desde entonces, la banda fue adquiriendo el estilo que buscaban desde un principio(Metal Melódico) que les ha echo sumergirse en la composición de 11 temas que están siendo grabados para su primer disco el cual estará terminado a finales del 2013,. en este momento solo hay canciones grabadas de ensayo y terminando un demo de 3 temas adelanto del disco.
Con varios conciertos en las espaldas realizados por toda Catalunya y distintas provincias de España.

NO REFERENCE: started its career in march of 2010, when Jaime and Sebas (current guitarrist and drummer of SÏLK) decided to create a new band due to its heavy/rock musical background. Soon, Xesca joined the band as the vocalist, and so the melodic part of the band was added. Finally, Xavi as the bassist ( bassist and singer of ESTYGYA) completed the formation.
After a year of work Xesc left the band and its replacement Maddie Garre know which is the current singer.
Since then, the band took on the style sought from the outset (Melodic Metal) is now fully immersed in the composition of 11 songs being recorded for their first album which will be finished in late 2013.
Until then, some live recordings can be found on Reverbnation as well as 3 songs that will be published shortly as a preview of the upcoming album.
After long months of gigging around Catalunya and other Spanish regions,
NO REFERENCE is more than ready to continue touring and to give it all at their concerts.
